what & how

You'll spend 6 days at a stunning estate in Cape Town, where you can fully indulge in the good life of this beautiful city and its surroundings. As a group of no more than six extraordinary women, we'll visit unique places and meet wonderful people.

You can revel in the astonishing nature, enjoy delicious food, gaze at beautiful art, and meet inspiring people. Everything will be in place for you to relax, reflect, and enjoy.

There will be moments for exchanging theory and experiences, one-on-one conversations and coaching, energizing conversations with and within the group, and more than enough opportunities to retreat and take all the time you need for yourself. You can indulge in some lovely well-being and relaxation treatments.
