You'll spend 6 days at a stunning estate in Cape Town, where you can fully indulge in the good life of this beautiful city and its surroundings. As a group of no more than six, we'll visit unique places and meet wonderful people.
You can revel in the astonishing nature, enjoy delicious food, gaze at beautiful art, and meet inspiring people. Everything will be in place for you to relax, reflect, and enjoy.
There will be moments for exchanging theory and experiences, one-on-one conversations and coaching, energizing conversations with and within the group, and more than enough opportunities to retreat and take all the time you need for yourself. You can indulge in some lovely well-being and relaxation treatments.
These days are yours; ensure that you get what you need from them. I will be there to support and facilitate you in any way I can.

Nestled in the quiet suburb of Hout Bay, Cape Town, lies a tranquil sanctuary that will be your home during this retreat.
The off-grid retreat centre is the perfect place to rest and reflect. Surrounded by mountains and sea, and held in the lush green landscape you will find yourself living in a true oasis for a few days.

The local price is R 45.000,-.
